Adorned in the brilliant colors of Mardi Gras, the float stands waiting next to a quiet reflection pool for the parade to begin. Firecracker red, glittering yellow and dancing pink begonias and hot pink azaleas shout out that a celebration is at hand. Soft white blossoms kissed with a touched of pink on tall magnolia trees add a bit of Southern charm as the sounds of the Blues slowly float across the air on a warm spring day. A walk through this festival setting reminds you that the sights, smells and sounds of Spring's Rhythm & Blues is all around you.
